Allison Mariska Schoeman is the Managing Director of AMS Attorneys Inc. She commenced her legal career as a conveyancing paralegal in 2002. She subsequently obtained a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of South Africa whilst working full time and raising three children. She completed her articles of clerkship at Strauss Daly Attorneys and has also worked at other top tier law firms in Durban gaining valuable experience in the legal industry. In 2021 she completed her Australian Law Degree and currently awaits admission as a Solicitor in Australia. She is well known amongst the leaders in the Real Estate industry for her passionate driving force and exemplary customer service. She is a force to be reckoned with when faced with poor service delivery from third parties involved in her matters. She passionately believes that to provide extraordinary client service, with a holistic solution to a client’s problem presented to her, it is important to constantly upskill and develop existing knowledge, which is why she can constantly be found completing one or other diploma, certificate, or course. Her vast knowledge of various legal disciplines makes her extremely capable of addressing all your legal issues. She is a true example, proving that no matter what the challenge is that you face, if you have the will to achieve your dreams, you can achieve it if you work hard enough.

Cherise Jewnarain obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in 2016. She completed her articles specialising in property law and conveyancing in 2018. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in March 2019, thereafter a Notary Public in 2020 and Conveyancer in 2021. She joined AMS Attorneys Inc as a Professional Associate in our Conveyancing Department in 2019, where she immediately made her mark. Due to her continued dedication, and unwavering commitment to the AMS brand, Cherise was appointed as a Director of AMS Attorneys in February 2022. Her passion for the law and commitment to her clients means she will stop at nothing to ensure she delivers extraordinary service to the firm’s clients. She is extensively involved in her local church and dedicates her spare time to activities involving her church and various charitable institutions. She is passionate about her religion, family, and friends.

Adele Hiralall is an educated and highly academic individual having completed Matric with 7 distinctions. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal and was subsequently admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2017. She acquired invaluable experience whilst working at leading law firms, gaining extensive civil procedure knowledge. Her repertoire of knowledge includes the legal areas of Family law, Commercial law, Contract law, Asset Recovery, Debt Collection and Labour law in various sectors in South Africa.
Her profound interest in property law and conveyancing has changed the trajectory of her career. She has had the privilege of being appointed in the conveyancing department as a Junior Associate at the newly established Kloof Branch of AMS Attorneys. Her exposure to the conveyancing discipline is empowering her to ensure maximum client contentment. The mission statement of AMS Attorneys Inc. resonates well with her as it reflects her character. She is currently specializing in conveyancing and committed to becoming a fully-fledged Conveyancer. Her professionalism and dedication inspire her to exceed client expectations.
Her kind and empathetic nature can only be attributed to her parents and family who have instilled in her the importance of these core values and principles.
Her heartbeat is doing the work of God and she is a founding member and secretary of a local NGO, which is a Christian based organisation and church, affiliated with the uplifting of under privileged youth.
Her favourite quote of all time is written by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg who said “[I want to be remembered as] someone who used whatever talent she had to do her work to the very best of her ability. And to help repair tears in her society, to make things a little better through the use of whatever ability she has…”

Kristin’s warm, welcoming smile, positive attitude, and eagerness to help, makes her an integral part of the AMS team.
