Allison Mariska Schoeman is the Managing Director of AMS Attorneys Inc., a boutique Durban-based law firm known for its client-focused, solutions-driven approach to legal practice.
Allison commenced her legal career in 2002 as a conveyancing paralegal, gaining extensive practical experience in the property and legal sectors from the ground up. While working full-time and raising three children, she obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree through the University of South Africa, demonstrating the discipline, resilience and determination that continue to define her professional journey.
She completed her articles of clerkship at Strauss Daly Attorneys and has worked at several leading Durban law firms, where she developed valuable experience across conveyancing, property law, litigation, estates, family law, commercial matters and client advisory work. She is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer and has built a reputation for legal precision, strategic execution and unwavering commitment to client service.
In 2021, Allison completed her Australian Law Degree, further reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development and cross-jurisdictional legal growth.
Allison is highly regarded within the real estate and property sectors for her hands-on leadership, responsiveness and ability to drive matters forward with urgency and professionalism. She is particularly known for her firm stance against poor service delivery by third parties and for protecting her clients’ interests with clarity, persistence and resolve.

Business Development Manager
Lesley began her professional career in 1982 and has since built an extensive and diverse career spanning administration, sales, real estate, and client relations. Over the years, she has progressed through a variety of roles, from Secretary to Key Accounts Manager, gaining valuable experience and developing a strong reputation for professionalism, dedication, and exceptional client service.
Her experience within the real estate industry includes serving as a Property Broker for two leading agencies, where she achieved considerable success in both sales and client relationship management. Lesley also holds several certifications in real estate, sales, and management, reflecting her ongoing commitment to professional growth and industry excellence.
In addition, Lesley’s previous role as a Client Liaison Officer within the legal sector provided her with valuable insight into client care and relationship management, skills which continue to benefit both clients and colleagues alike. As a Commissioner of Oaths, she is also able to assist clients with the commissioning of documentation when required.
Outside of her professional life, Lesley is a devoted wife, proud mother of triplets, and passionate animal lover. She brings warmth, enthusiasm, and compassion to every aspect of her work and personal life.
